Delete your Withya account

Choose “Passkey added in Settings” for a passkey added in Withya Settings. Choose “Passkey used with email” if you entered your email before using a passkey to sign in.

Can’t sign in?

Email support@withya.app from an address where we can reach you. Tell us the phone number or sign-in method you use for Withya, if available. We’ll verify account ownership before deleting anything. Never send your password or a sign-in code.

Delete selected data and keep your account

You can remove individual care entries, journal moments and media in Withya. For help with a specific data-deletion request, email support@withya.app from an address where we can reach you and describe what you want removed. Do not send your password or sign-in code. We may need to verify your authority over shared family records.

Removing an entry from the app can hide it before its stored history is erased. Media cleanup, shared records and information retained for security or legal obligations follow our Privacy Policy. Contact support if you need erasure rather than removal from view.
